【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241providesguidanceonthehuman-centreddesignofsoftwareWebuserinterfaceswiththeaimofincreasingusability.WebuserinterfacesaddresseitherallInternetusersorclosedusergroupssuchasthemembersofanorganization,customersand/orsuppliersofacompanyorotherspecificcommunitiesofusers.TherecommendationsgiveninthispartofISO9241focusonthefollowingaspectsofthedesignofWebuserinterfaces:--high-leveldesigndecisionsanddesignstrategy;--contentdesign;--navigationandsearch;--contentpresentation.TheuserinterfacesofdifferenttypesofuseragentssuchasWebbrowsersoradditionaltoolssuchasWebauthoringtoolsarenotdirectlyaddressedinthispartofISO9241(althoughsomeofitsguidancecouldapplytothesesystemsaswell).Webuserinterfacesarepresentedonapersonalcomputersystem,mobilesystemorsomeothertypeofnetwork-connecteddevice.WhiletherecommendationsgiveninthispartofISO9241applytoawiderangeofavailablefront-endtechnologies,thedesignofmobileWebinterfacesorsmartdevicescouldrequireadditionalguidancenotwithinitsscope;neitherdoesitprovidedetailedguidanceontechnicalimplementationnoronissuesofaestheticorartisticdesign.
