【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationestablishesrequirementsforthematerialproperties,includingdimensionalstability,weatherability,andextrusionquality,ofrigidpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC)exteriorprofileextrusionsusedforassembledwindowsanddoors.Methodsfortestingandforidentifyingexteriorprofileextrusionsthatcomplywiththisspecificationarealsoprovided.1.2RigidPVCrecycledplasticmaybeusedinthisproductinaccordancewithrequirementsinSection5.Note18212;Informationwithregardtoapplication,assembly,andinstallationshouldbeobtainedfromthemanufacturersoftheprofilesandofthewindowsanddoors.Note28212;RefertoSpecificationD3678forinteriorprofileextrusions.1.3Color-holdguidelinesareprovidedinanappendixforthemanufacturer'sproductdevelopmentandqualityperformanceuse.1.4Color-holdguidelinesarepresentlylimitedtowhite,grey,beige,lightbrown,anddarkbrown(seeFigs.X1.1throughX1.5).Additionalcolorswillbeaddedascolorguidelinesaredeveloped.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Note38212;TherearenoISOstandardscoveringtheprimarysubjectmatterofthisspecification.1.6Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthisstandard.1.7Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section10,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestestmethodsandrequirementsforthestrengthanddurabilityofallhinges,staysandsystemswhichincludehingesandstayspivotingonahorizontalaxisandtheircomponentsforallfieldsofapplication.Itdoesnotapplytosystemsintendedforstoragefunctions.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoelectricallyactuatedsystems.Thetestsconsistoftheapplicationofloads,forcesandvelocitiessimulatingnormalfunctionaluse,aswellasmisuse,thatmightreasonablybeexpectedtooccur.Withtheexceptionofthecorrosiontestin6.4,thetestsaredesignedtoevaluatepropertieswithoutregardtomaterials,design/constructionormanufacturingprocesses.Thestrengthanddurabilitytestsonlyrelatetothehingesandthepartsusedfortheattachment,e.g.mountingplatesandscrews.Thestrengthanddurabilitytestsarecarriedoutinatestframewithspecifiedproperties.Thetestresultscanonlybeusedasaguidetotheperformanceofapieceoffurniture.Thetestresultsareonlyvalidforthehingestested.Theseresultsmaybeusedtorepresenttheperformanceofproductionmodelsprovidedthatthetestedmodelisrepresentativeoftheproductionmodel.Withtheexceptionofcorrosion,ageingandtheinfluenceofheatandhumidityarenotincluded.AnnexA(normative):requirementsforproductinformation.AnnexB(normative):loadsandcycles.
