【摘要】:1ThispartofIEC60664dealswithinsulationcoordinationforequipmentwithinlow-voltagesystems.Itappliestoequipmentforuseupto2000mabovesealevelhavingaratedvoltageuptoa.c.1000Vwithratedfrequenciesupto30kHzoraratedvoltageuptod.c.1500V.Itspecifiestherequirementsforclearances,creepagedistancesandsolidinsulationforequipmentbasedupontheirperformancecriteria.Itincludesmethodsofelectrictestingwithrespecttoinsulationcoordination.Theminimumclearancesspecifiedinthispartdonotapplywhereionizedgasesoccur.SpecialrequirementsforsuchsituationsmaybespecifiedatthediscretionoftherelevantTechnicalCommittee.Thispartdoesnotdealwithdistances-throughliquidinsulation,-throughgasesotherthanair,-throughcompressedair.NOTE1Extensionofthescopeupto1MHzisunderconsideration.NOTE2Highervoltagesmayexistininternalcircuitsoftheequipment.NOTE3Requirementsforaltitudesexceeding2000mcanbederivedfromtableA.2ofannexA.2TheobjectofthisbasicsafetystandardistoguideTechnicalCommitteesresponsiblefordifferentequipmentinordertorationalizetheirrequirementssothatinsulationcoordinationisachieved.ItprovidestheinformationnecessarytogiveguidancetoTechnicalCommitteeswhenspecifyingclearancesinair,creepagedistancesandsolidinsulationforequipment.
